TV BUZZ: Where in JA is Dry Lan' Touris'?
Grab your sunscreen and travelling shoes, and join Alicia Reid as she takes you to some of the most breathtaking and magical spots in Jamaica on Dry Lan’ Touris’, an exciting new travel and nature show which began airing on Flow Channel 100 on September 3rd. Season One culminates with a grand finale on November 19. (The show airs Thursdays at 6:00pm.)
The brainchild of Jamaican-born television producer Barrington Brown and his BarriVision Productions team, Dry Lan’ Touris’ follows Reid as she ‘island treks’ --- enjoying the beaches, climbing waterfalls, relaxing at hotels and exploring the history and culture of Jamaica. From the pristine white sand beaches of Negril and the majestic Blue Mountains of St Andrew to the stunning waterfalls of Ocho Rios and mangroves and crocodiles of Black River, you can experience it all through her eyes. Then go and experience it for yourself.
BarriVision is a Florida-based company run by Brown and his wife Judith, who recently opened offices in Jamaica. BarriVision is currently the leading producer of English-speaking Caribbean television programmes in South Florida.
