What’s in store for CFW 2011: In the words of Pulse boss, Kingsley Cooper, besides the customary couture splendour and the glamour one has come to associate with fashion, several wonderful surprises lie ahead for this year’s CFW (June 8-13), including special nightly performances from a nice roster of entertainers (Joe, Machel Mantano, Beenie Man, Tanya Stephens, Fab 5 and Mavado). After-parties are scheduled for Studio 38, Fiction and Club Privilege.

Who are the designers showing collections: Among the 34 labels, standout names include Gavin Douglas (UK), Claudia Pegus (Trinidad), Biggy (Jamaica), Lisa Walton (USA), and Spoerry 1866 (Switzerland)

Who will hit the runways: Jaunel McKenzie, Oraine Barrett, Carla Campbell, Nell Robinson… “Everyone will be here,” Cooper assures.

SITTING PRETTY: Red Stripe's Safiya Cooper put in an appearance.

IN SIGHT: Gordon also shared lens time with Scott of design house Spoerry 1866.
