SCENE: Mya & Spice's girl power + Sean Paul's New York trip + A gift for PM Bruce Golding + Usain Bolt in breezy Monaco

POSTCARD FROM THE EDGE: We know one person who'll be away from the mix at Sumfest this weekend. On Wednesday the World's Fastest Man (WFM) arrived in postcard-perfect Monaco, where he will be headlining this Friday's Herculis meet (the 25th anniversary), the 10th stage of the Samsung Diamond League. Bolt, who will run the 100M, was personally invited by Prince Albert II to participate in the milestone event.

GIRL POWER: The world's top entertainers know the importance of putting in the pre-show work. Meeting up on Wednesday, R&B bombshell Mya (elegantly slender) and dancehall vixen Spice (the blue hair makes a return!) fine-tuned their performance for Thursday's Dancehall Night, and they reportedly have something electric up their sleeves.

SEAN GETS SIRIUS: Megastar Sean Paul was in New York recently, dropping by the studios of Sirius/XM to chat with Shade 45 host Sway (you probably know him from MTV). With these promotional rounds, and a hot track (with Alexis Jordan) climbing the charts, a buzz is swelling leading up to the release of SP's new album in the fall.

TEENAGE DREAM: What's in the bag? Newly crowned Miss Teen Jamaica World, Jheannell Lindo, arouses the curiosity of PM Bruce Golding with a special present during a courtesy call at Jamaica House on Wednesday. Lindo, who is ambitious about pursuing a career in medicine, will represent the black, green and gold at the Miss Teen World competition in Texas in August.
