Culture Picks: 3 GREAT THINGS FOR THE WEEKEND

THEATRE:
Charlie’s Angels
Solid performances and a terrific script jointly anchor the hilarious new stage hit from Patrick Brown and the Jambiz crew. Glen Campbell stars as a wanton playboy who finally meets his comeuppance when three of his ‘angels’ hatch a scheme to pay him back. Camille Davis, Sharee McDonald-Russell and Teisha Duncan are in top form. Box office: 968-PLAY.

MUSIC:
Swaggin’ music video
The long-awaited clip starring dancehall hotshots Wayne Marshall, Tifa and Future Fambo has finally arrived, featuring the WTF trio trading slick hip-hop-spiked rhymes about their Gucci and frequent-flier miles over snazzy beats from Washroom. What can I say, it’s a material world. Director Jay Will stamps his trademark eye for vibrancy and a crisp finish all over this. Look out for appearances from the likes of Bounty Killer and designer Carlton Brown, and a blink-and-you'll-miss-him cameo from Konshens. Watch the video HERE.
