EMPREZZ’s Bliss: After weekend wedding, the TV star dives back into work

SOMEONE LIKE YOU: The happy couple shares a moment.

A weekend wedding, on a Sunday afternoon at that, is enough to make any new blushing bride long to take a few days – or a whole week – off. Not Emprezz Mullings. The endearing talk show host and boutique proprietor, who tied the knot with hubby Steven Golding during a regal ceremony at the UWI Mona chapel over the weekend, has already leapt back into her labour-of-love passions, namely her television show, Talk Up Yout’, which she produces and hosts, and her thriving Hope Road clothing store.

Honeymoon? What honeymoon?

“Right now we are getting things ready for production on the second season of Talk Up Yout’. And I’m really excited about what we have planned,” says Emprezz, via telephone, of returning to the flow of her work life. She reveals, too, that the Stanley & Empress boutique, a partnership business with longtime bestie Nadia Stanley, continues to prosper. “Everything is going great, and I can’t complain.”

Having found lasting love with the Prime Minister’s boy, Emprezz is the first to admit that her life in general at this point is marked by toe-curling happiness, and she would have it no other way. What’s more, if Emprezz’ words are anything to go by, married life for the 20-some entrepreneur has started off on wonderful footing. “Everything is blissful,” she says, the enormous smile obvious in her tone. “I’m happy, and I’m exactly where I want to be.”
