CATCH THE BUZZ: Delcita & Shebada join forces again + Yendi Phillipps Foundation to host pre-Xmas charity drive

GIVE IT WITH LOVE: In support of the Dare to Care Mustard Seed Home, the Yendi Phillipps Foundation will, on Saturday, Dec. 10, stage a special Dare to Care pre-Christmas clothes and food drive. The event will place at Babeelicious (123 Constant Spring Rd, Kingston 8) from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. “The Dare to Care Mustard Seed home provides for HIV/AIDS patients aged 1 to 19years and need our care and help,” says Yendi Phillipps, who is spearheading the charity event. “We are collecting as much food, basic necessities, and clothes as we can. Let’s show a little care of our own.”

UNSTOPPABLE PAIR: No doubt one of the most highly anticipated stage reunions of the season, comedy heavyweights Andrea ‘Delcita’ Wright and Keith ‘Shebada’ Ramsey are set to co-star in the new production The Politician, which opens at the new Stages Theatreplex (Knutsford Boulevard, New Kingston). To culminate the grand opening celebrations of the new Theatreplex, the comedy opens Friday, Dec. 16. Curtains at 8:30pm. Wright and Ramsey previously starred in 2008's Di Driva.
