YEAR OF THE BASKET: Aug. 24, Kingston. PM Portia Simpson-Miller presents Li Jinzao, Chinese Vice Minister of Commerce, with a gift basket shortly after their bilateral talks at Jamaica House on Friday. During the meeting, both governments signed a J$423 million grant agreement for projects that will be mutually agreed upon.
