PM Portia Simpson-Miller is greeted by Dr. Rosemarie Wright Pascoe, President of the Association of Consultant Physicians of Jamaica (ACPJ), as she arrives at the 10th anniversary banquet of the ACPJ held in Kingston on Saturday.
