NEWS + NOTES: Red-hot Rihanna makes second Vogue cover appearance + Usain Bolt poised for Brazilian hospitality?

MISTER POPULAR: No rest for the talented. On the heels of his recent Australia-New Zealand odyssey followed by stints in Japan (PUMA press conference and Nissan GT-R launch) and New York City (taping of CNN’s Piers Morgan Tonight), the World’s Fastest Man has announced that he might be hitting the road again soon – this time heading to Brazil for another PUMA assignment. “I ask them to do all different colours,” the sprint king recently told ESPN Playbook about his relationship with the athletics company. “I also tell them when I like a particular shoe that they are discontinuing. They've put it back in production to make some for me. I just got a new catalogue actually, which means I'm going to need to give away some of the stuff I've gotten in the past to make room.”

MISS NOVEMBER: And speaking of super-sexy superstars, pop queen Rihanna (rocking an edgy pixie cut and a Michael Kors floral-lace dress) graces the highly coveted cover of fashion bible American Vogue for the second time in two years. Amazing. The “unstoppable” Bajan-born singer previously covered the glossy’s Annual Shape Issue back in April 2011. In the November 2012 issue, out this week, RiRi confesses, “My dream was to make music that people could like all over the world.” Her latest album, Unapologetic, drops in a couple of weeks. Can’t wait.
