PM Portia Simpson-Miller shares a moment of delight with Nigel Davis who won a silver medal in ice figure skating at the Special Olympics World Winter Games in South Korea recently, after presenting him with a gift. Occasion was a special luncheon hosted by the Prime Minister at Jamaica House on Thursday.
