THE BUZZ REPORT: Usain Bolt gears up for latest charitable offering + Still Waters promises an enthralling mix

MAKING HIS MARK: Sprint king Usain Bolt's hometown of Sherwood Content in Trelawny will be alive with the sound of music and merriment this Saturday, April 20, when the Usain Bolt Foundation and the Digicel Foundation join forces to officially unveil a new multi-purpose court that will benefit residents of the community. As an added bonus, a few lucky kids will get the chance to hang out with the World's Fastest Man and receive special memorabilia on an afternoon that promises fun-filled activities, food and non-stop entertainment, very much in keeping with Bolt's mission of giving back to his society through charitable endeavours.

RHYTHMS & RHYMES: Now in its second year, Still Waters will fuse live music, spoken word, dance, art and poetry for a fresh spin on affordable, unplugged entertainment when it takes place at The Deck in New Kingston this Sunday at 6:00pm. “We wanted to create a relaxed atmosphere where friends can have a drink, be inspired and enjoy uplifting, quality entertainment without the concern of lewd behaviour,” explains Andre Whittaker of his vision for the event, which will feature local pro-dance group One Body One God, lyricists Dhane Brown and Kacy West, as well as rising vocalists A Wil, Rhoda Addiman and Jody-Ann Watson.
