IN THE MIX: Safiya Cooper rings in another birthday + Juliet Cuthbert talks health and fitness with LIME Business

FIT FOR A QUEEN: Olympian Juliet Cuthbert is all smiles as she covers the inaugural issue of LIME Business, in which she discusses everything from championing healthy lifestyles to channelling her trademark mix of hard work, discipline and dedication into the creation of Cuthbert's Fitness Studio, which is poised to achieve great things in the future. "Everything that I have learned from tracks-and-field, like lifestyle, I have to implement that in my business life. It takes discipline. I get up at 4 o'clock every morning for the last 8 years. And you know, dedication and all those things that it takes to be in the workforce." As for Jamaican track and field, "I think we have made huge strides," Cuthbert notes. "I think we are doing well right now."

OH, WHAT A NIGHT: Pulse's Sales and Marketing Director (and certified it girl) Safiya Cooper celebrated her birthday at Puls8 on the weekend. Among those who helped the b-day girl celebrate her big night were the likes of Lauren Dunn, Staci Smith, Kimberly O'Sullivan, Peta-Gaye Simpson, Debbie Miller and Brian Lumley, who shares a moment with the b'day girl above.
