MEN AT WORK: Usain Bolt heading back to Ostrava + Damian Marley to rock the house at Governors Ball Festival

CLASS ACT: Joining an extravagant roster of international talents from rock, pop and world music, multiple Grammy winner Damian 'Junior Gong' Marley is set to connect with fans when he hits centrestage at the 2014 Governors Ball Music Festival, poised to electrify New York's famous Randall's Island Park from June 6 through 8. The likes of OutKast, Janelle Monae, Jack White, The Strokes, J.Cole and British sensation Grimes are among the other acts billed to perform. Marley, who headlined this past weekend's Rebel Salute in St. Ann served as executive producer on Wayne Marshall's new album, Tru Colours, which becomes available this week.
PACE SETTER: Olympic champ Usain Bolt, Jamaica's 2013 Sportsman of the Year, has confirmed that he will lace up to compete at the Ostrava Golden Spike meet in the Czech Republic on June 17. The race (a toss-up between the 100 and 200M) will mark the Jamaican sprinting legend's seventh appearance at the meet, which forms part of the IAAF's World Challenge Series. "I am happy to come back to the Golden Spike Meeting," Bolt says in a release posted on his website "I have competed in Ostrava many times since I was a teenager. I always enjoy the meeting and the energy from the enthusiastic fans which creates a great atmosphere."
