IN MEMORIAM: September 11, Kingston. At PNP headquarters on Old Hope Road, Prime Minister Portia Simpson-Miller signs the condolence book for former Central Westmoreland MP and Agriculture/Fisheries Minister Roger Clarke, who died on August 28. Beside PM Simpson-Miller is Minister of State Luther Buchanan. Mr. Clarke, who was 74 at the time of his passing, has been accorded an official funeral, which takes place on Saturday, September 13 at the St. George's Anglican Church in Savanna-la-Mar.
