WALK THIS WAY: Feb. 19, Kingston. To mark the 2015 State Opening of Parliament in Downtown Kingston on Thursday, Jamaica's leading politicians stepped out in some of their most exquisite ensembles, making their own individual style statements. Prime Minister Portia Simpson-Miller, in a pop of bright yellow, led from the front as the PNP stalwarts made their way along Duke Street towards Gordon House.
