CARIBBEAN AIRLINES: New title sponsors of Reggae Sumfest + Official carriers of the Reggae Girlz

ALL ABOARD: As the history-making senior Reggae Girlz gear up for next year’s FIFA World Cup in France, the Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) has found an ideal sponsoring partner in Caribbean Airlines. “The JFF cannot do it alone, and the support of Caribbean Airlines and others is very much appreciated. Caribbean Airlines has once again shown why it is a leader in the region,” says JFF President Michael Ricketts. For his part, Caribbean Airlines CEO, Garvin Medera, describes the Reggae Girlz as an inspiration for the entire region that they are proud to support. “We are honoured to join the Reggae Girlz on their truly extraordinary journey,” he says. “The team represents the quintessential spirit of Jamaica, the work ethic, the verve and the optimism. [We are] honoured to support the mission as they continue to show the world what they can do.”

FIRST CLASS: Reggae Sumfest is about to soar to new heights. Caribbean Airlines has officially signed on as the title sponsors of the annual music festival for its 2019 staging, scheduled for July 14 to 20 at Catherine Hall in Montego Bay. The deal was signed by DownSound Entertainment chairman, Joe Bogdanovich, and Caribbean Airlines CEO, Garvin Medera, during the airline’s recent customer appreciation bash at the Worthington in New Kingston. “It is fitting that we combine our strengths and resources to bring more success to the tourism industry and at the same time create first-class entertainment experiences for our shared customers,” says Bogdanovich. “This deal is the beginning of what will be a substantial and significant relationship, and we look forward to a true partnership even outside of Reggae Sumfest.”
